ToolQiva
Terms of Service
The short version: use the tools lawfully, check important output yourself, and nothing here is a paid contract — there's nothing to pay for yet.
Last updated: 10 September 2026
Acceptance
By using ToolQiva, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What ToolQiva is
ToolQiva provides free, browser-based utilities — PDF, image, document, developer, SEO, text, calculator and other tools. Wherever a tool's page says processing is local, your file is handled entirely in your browser; see the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of what is and isn't sent anywhere.
Your responsibilities
Don't use ToolQiva to process content you don't have the right to process, or for anything unlawful. You're responsible for the files and text you run through a tool, and for checking a tool's output before relying on it — see the Disclaimer for specifics on OCR, calculators and e-signatures.
No paid features yet
ToolQiva currently has no paid plans, subscriptions or purchases — every tool marked free is free, with no hidden charge. If that ever changes, a Refund Policy will be published here before any checkout goes live, and these terms will be updated to reflect it.
Intellectual property
ToolQiva's own code, design and branding belong to its operator. Files, text and images you process through a tool remain yours — the site claims no ownership over your content and, for the local tools, never even receives a copy of it.
No warranty
Tools are provided "as is" as described in the Disclaimer. ToolQiva doesn't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and a tool may change or be temporarily unavailable.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the site changes; the "Last updated" date above reflects the last update. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
ToolQiva is an independent project based in India — not run through a registered company at this time. Contact: info@toolqiva.com.
