This is an independent project, so replies are best-effort rather than guaranteed within a fixed time — but every message is read.

Reporting a tool that doesn't work

Please include: the tool's page URL, the file type and (roughly) the size you tried, your browser and OS, and what happened versus what you expected. That's usually enough to reproduce and fix an issue quickly.

Security issues

If you've found a genuine security or privacy problem — a tool that silently sends data somewhere it shouldn't, for example — email info@toolqiva.com with details before disclosing it publicly, so it can be fixed first. See also the Security & Data Processing page.
